Preparing to enter the 4th year of operation, MRS began to harmonize the corporate structure both in group model and operating principles in each unit of the group where wholehearted and talented Human resources will be the core values. In the context of high volatility in terms of politics, economy, technology as well as other continuous complicated fluctuations; for us, these are just external changes, our goal is to strengthening the human resource training, reviewing, re-studying and applying flexibly the most essential human principles and truths thanks to which, we will be able to continuously innovate and adapt to any changes.
