Salesperson needed - work in %100 English environment - Attractive salary and bonuses

Step By Step HR is a FAST GROWING STARTUP company. Over the course of 3 year development, we have been building and expanding great reputation among more than 100 schools around Asia and 10,000 English teachers from English Speaking countries

We are now hiring 2 salespersons. Now matter what your background is, if you have these stuffs, we will see:

- Good English (especially Speaking skill)

- Proactive, consistent

- Ability to face rejection

- Result orientated

As a salesperson, your duties include:

- Conduct calls with HR manager of schools in Asia

- Get information on the hiring demand of schools

- Present Native English teachers to HR managers of the school

- Spread company’s value among schools in Asia

A full-time salesperson will follow working schedule:

- Monday - Saturday

- From Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

- Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

- 1 hour for lunch break in between

Joining Step By Step, you will have chance to get competitive salary range and bonuses:

- 6,000,000 base for start (consider salary raise every three months depending on your performance)
