About SETA International
SETA International is a Vietnam-based software development and IT outsourcing company. We deliver software engineering, AI, and data solutions to clients across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, pairing strong technical talent with a modern, AI-augmented delivery model.
Why this role matters: as we scale internationally, we are building a predictable, data-driven growth engine rather than relying on referrals alone. You will be the person who designs and runs that engine — combining research, AI tooling, and outbound experimentation to feed our Solution Architects and Sales leaders with high-quality opportunities.
1. Role Summary
You will continuously discover new markets, identify target accounts, build digital relationships, experiment with outbound channels, support executive branding, and generate qualified opportunities for Solution Architects and Sales leaders. Your primary measure of success is pipeline creation and opportunity quality — not direct closed revenue.

- Continuously test new growth channels and outbound strategies.
- Provide market intelligence to support executive decision-making.
- Support the CEO and leadership team in building their personal and company brand.

Identify and prioritize high-potential verticals such as Insurance, Energy, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. - Account research
Build target-account dossiers with relevant triggers, tech stack, and buying signals.
Identify and map decision-makers — CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Procurement, and Innovation leaders. - LinkedIn & executive branding
Manage the executive branding content calendar for the CEO and leadership.
Run a structured engagement strategy: comments, connection requests, and follow-ups. - Outbound campaigns
Run personalized LinkedIn and email campaigns at scale.
A/B test messaging and measure conversion at each step of the funnel. - AI-enabled growth
Use AI and sales-tech tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM — to research, personalize, and scale output.
Document experiments, capture what works, and continuously optimize playbooks. - Sales support
Prepare account briefs, meeting notes, customer research, and inputs for proposals.
Hand off qualified opportunities to Solution Architects and Sales leaders with full context.

- English: Professional written and spoken English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 / TOEIC 800+); comfortable communicating with international (US/EU) decision-makers.
- Research & analysis: Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills; able to turn market and account signals into actionable insight.

Appendix — The Digital Growth Playbook (role context)
What is a Playbook?
A playbook is a living collection of proven best practices, repeatable workflows, templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lessons learned that let the team execute business-development activities consistently and efficiently. Rather than relying on individual experience, the playbook captures successful approaches so they can be continuously improved, shared across the organization, and reused by future team members.
What should the Playbook include?
- Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) by industry and geography.
- Buyer personas and organizational mapping.
- Target-account research methodology.
- LinkedIn networking and outreach strategies.
- Email outreach templates and follow-up sequences.
- AI prompts and workflows for prospect research and content creation.
- CRM standards and opportunity-qualification process.
- Growth experiments — hypotheses and measurable results.
- Competitive intelligence and market insights.
- Case studies, reusable templates, checklists, and SOPs.
For SETA, the Digital Growth Playbook is a strategic company asset. It should be continuously updated so that every experiment, customer insight, outreach campaign, and lesson learned contributes to a repeatable, scalable, and data-driven growth engine.
