Marketing Executive

• Market Monitoring :

- Conduct market research on Vietnam and Indochina tobacco market (Vietnam business environment, Vietnam news, economic situation, market trends, competitors, law/regulation on tobacco, etc.)

- Hand out monthly reports to head office to summarize the market situation, competitors’ activity, changes in wholesale and retail segment, wholesale & retail price update, daily tobacco news and updates

- Carry out surveys of products to update information about the customers, market & competitors, and analyze and record data feedback after tasting the products and forecast its opportunity in Vietnam market

• Airport Duty-Free Support :

- Local business trip to support and monitor airport duty-free (HCMC, Da Nang & Hanoi):

• Promotion Girls activities: Conduct brand training, verify promoters, prepare uniforms for promoters and any other BA related activity

• Promotion (gift with purchase, advertisement visuals…): sourcing suppliers, handle delivery processes…

• Advertisement (wallbay, gondola, marketing visual, production, etc.)

• Checking display condition

- Promotion support material: Handle the process of making promotion material; wallbay, gondola, showcase…, from sourcing suppliers until the delivery and installation

- Other missions include: to manage guests and VIP visit (hotel booking, car rental, lunch & dinner, tour schedule if needed)

- Age of 23 to 26;

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field;

- Good command of English, other Indochina language is an advantage;

- Good command of Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet;

- 13th payment;

- Insurance based on government law;

- Basic leave days (12 day-off/ year);
