Job Overview: Talent Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing recruitment activities to ensure the timely delivery of qualified talent. The role focuses on achieving recruitment targets, optimizing hiring efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Head of Divisions/ Departments to build up recruitment plans.
• Ensure recruitment targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and time.
• Participate in recruitment and monitor the progress of TA team to ensure sufficient manpower for the company's operations.
• Follow up personnel changes to proactively plan for replacement recruitment.
• Expand and manage online and offline recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build the company's employer brand on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proactively build a pool of candidates for key positions and conduct regular recruitment.
• Manage job descriptions and recruitment information posted on various media channels.
• Establish relationships with universities, colleges, job placement centers, and recruitment partners.
• Organize job fairs, internal employee referral programs, centralized recruitment, and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
• Propose and implement initiatives to shorten the recruitment process.
• Standardize processes, templates, and reporting systems.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
• Participate in recruitment training to support the development of TA team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
