Founded in 2005 Authentic Partnership Associates, APA, based in HCMC is an architecture and interior decoration firm, specialized in turnkey projects - design and construction. Our goal is to become the best designer and most reliable contractor in Vietnam and Asia in the next 5 years. Our design is not only about the beauty but also practical, eye catching and reasonable. A real good design is not just a 3D visual, but a combination of many factors such as materials, time, contractors’ skills, and budget. We are strongest at compromising and harmonizing all of the above elements. Our design is not luring 3D image, but based on realistic analysis. With almost 15 years working as a design and build contractor, we may not be the largest, but we are proud to be the most reliable contractor.
