Refinetool is a small technology team based in Seoul, Korea, focused on building consumer AI products for visual content and self-expression. Our current project is Riphy, a mobile app that helps users create affordable, high-quality AI profile photos and concept images while preserving their real likeness. We are building products at the intersection of AI imaging, mobile UX, and creator-driven growth.

Our team is lean, fast-moving, and execution-oriented. We value practicality, speed, accuracy, and clear communication over unnecessary process. We often work with remote contributors and assistants for research, creator sourcing, outreach support, and operational tasks related to growth and marketing.

We are currently expanding our creator research and outreach efforts in Vietnam. For this position, we are looking for a reliable assistant who can follow clear instructions, identify suitable local TikTok creators based on given criteria, collect screenshots accurately, and send messages using a provided template. This is a simple and structured role, suitable for someone who is comfortable with TikTok, detail-oriented, and able to complete repetitive online tasks carefully.
