Digital Ops & AI Automation Executive
Location: Singapore / Remote
Type: Full-Time / Contract
Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on executor who can help us digitize and automate internal operations. You'll work on no-code tools (AppSheet, Google Workspace), AI prototypes (chatbots, RFQ assistants), dashboards, and automate repetitive workflows to save time and boost productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Build internal dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets)
•    Assist with AppSheet and automation of tracking/logistics apps
•    Develop AI-powered tools (e.g. chatbot auto-replies, RFQ document reader)
•    Integrate WhatsApp, Gmail, and Google Drive automation
•    Coordinate with tech freelancers and guide implementations
Requirements:
•    Experience with no-code tools (AppSheet, Zapier, Make, Looker Studio)
•    Comfort with spreadsheet logic, APIs, and basic scripting
•    Interest in AI and automation technologies
•    Self-starter and process-oriented

2. Technical Product & Transformation Manager
Location: Singapore / Remote

Overview:
This is a strategic role for someone who can own the digital transformation roadmap for the company — from AI quoting tools to custom app development and system integrations. You’ll manage digital product rollout, technical team coordination, and new tool adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead roadmap for internal product & tech system development
•    Manage projects like chatbot quoting, ERP/CRM integration
•    Translate business goals into software tools and automation
•    Coordinate freelancers/vendors (developers, data analysts)
•    Track impact of digital transformation efforts (KPIs, ROI)
Requirements:
•    5+ years in product, operations, or digital transformation
•    Experience managing tech teams or software projects
•    Familiarity with low-code/no-code, AI tools, ERP/CRM integrations
•    Strategic mindset and execution-driven
