AIR POWER is an innovative, fast-growing shared power bank platform expanding across Vietnam. We are building a nationwide charging network in high-traffic commercial locations through partnerships with leading retail chains, F&B groups, entertainment venues, hospitality operators, and corporate organizations. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a driven and capable Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding our partner network.

• Identify & Connect: Scout, negotiate, and close deployment partnerships with major corporate clients (retail chains, F&B groups, entertainment venues, hotels...).
• End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deployment.
• Leadership (for Manager level): Mentor, guide, and support junior team members to drive overall performance.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Base salary: VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 (adjusted based on experience and capability)
• Attractive performance-based commission tied directly to signed partnerships and deployment results
• Fieldwork allowance covering transportation, client meetings, and networking expenses
• Travel support for business trips (airfare and accommodation)
