1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/ JD

* CSR:

- Working with suppliers and contractors based on the requirement of the board director.

- Work and make periodic progress reports to Better Work VN, Vendor, Buyer 

- Controlling HSE documentation. Supervising, checking, and assessing the company's compliance level with HSE law.

- Supervising, checking, assessing, and improving the HSE system which is related to firefighting, chemical safety, PPE, and other aspects.

- Ensure compliance with all customers social and quality, policy, procedural, and regulatory

requirements.

- Work with an auditor when the company has a social and quality audit.

- Preparing all needed documents related to the audit and make corrective action plan. 

* HR:

- Consulting and planning salary and bonus at the request of the Director

- Managing the human resources department (including human resources and medical staff), reporting directly to the Director.

- Check all documents and personnel files before sending them to the Director (Timesheet, Insurance fee, stationery, ....)

- Calculate salary and update labor law on salary, benefits, and all information related to Human Resources.

- Making Work permits and TRC for foreign management.

- Work directly with government agencies: Environment, Firefighting police, ...

1. QUYỀN LỢI/ BENIFIT

- Salary from 20 million or negotiate

- Working time: 8h00-17h00 from Monday to Saturday 

- Join full insurance, union. Increasing every year, salary 13th 

1. YÊU CẦU/ REQUIREMENT 

- Communication: Good English

- Honest, agile

- Experience: at least 3 years in similar position

- Graduated from university majoring in environment, chemicals, labor protection, and labor relations
