To-date, Gamuda Land’s property development projects in Malaysia covers 2,480 ha with a Gross Development Value of more than USD 8.2 billion.
Since its incorporation in 2007, Gamuda Land Vietnam Limited Liability Company (GLVN) has been redeveloping Yen So Park and embarked on a 500 ha Gamuda City integrated development, all in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi. The company, in 2010, also jointly with Sacomreal commenced development of Celadon City – an urban green township located in HCMC.
