As an Event Producer & Delegate Acquisition Specialist at Hospitality Asia, you will play a vital role in expanding our high-level network across the Asia-Pacific hospitality sectors. This is a hybrid role blending project coordination, research, and B2B client relationship management.

• Delegate Acquisition & Sales: Identify, research, and reach out to C-level executives, hotel owners, investors, and developers across Asia to invite and secure their attendance at our flagship regional summits.
• Lead Generation & Market Research: Utilize LinkedIn, industry directories, and internal databases to build high-quality leads of prospective delegates and sponsors.
• B2B Communication: Conduct professional outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn in fluent English to pitch the value proposition of Hospitality Asia's event portfolios.
• Event Production Assistance: Assist in coordinating event flow, communicating updates to registered delegates, and ensuring a seamless experience leading up to the conference days.
• Data Management: Keep internal CRM systems accurately updated with client interactions, registrations, and pipelines.
