Indochina Capital has developed prominent commercial and residential projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), including 63 Ly Thai To (Hanoi), Indochina Plaza Hanoi and River Garden (HCMC) and several resort and residential developments along Vietnam’s pristine coast, most notably the renowned luxury resorts Four Seasons The Nam Hai (Hoi An), Six Senses Con Dao, and Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa.

Today the Company is engaged in a number of new real estate development and investment opportunities through Indochina Kajima (IKD), its Vietnam focused partnership with Kajima Corporation, one of Japan’s largest and most prestigious contractors and real estate developers.

In 2017, Indochina Kajima launched WINK Hotels, a new, vibrant hospitality brand that seeks to redefine affordable luxury in Vietnam and the region. Designed for young aspirational travelers, it promises an eclectic cocktail of modernity, innovation and efficiency, all underpinned by traditional Vietnamese values. As of 2024, 5 WINK Hotels are operating in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Tuy Hoa and Can Tho.

In 2022, Indochina Kajima launched Core5 Vietnam, expanding Kajima’s successful Core5 Industrial Partners brand, known for developing Class-A industrial properties featuring the latest innovations across the United States, to Vietnam.

Core5 Vietnam aims to roll out world-class factories and warehouses for lease throughout Vietnam’s key manufacturing and logistics hubs. Core5 Vietnam current projects include LEED-certified ready built warehouses and factories in Hung Yen, Quang Ninh and Hai Phong.
