Assistant Country Manager /Country Manager
Requirements :
 Diploma/Bachelor degree holders
 Preferably with good knowledge of Singapore education industry
 Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills and strong creativity
 A matured person and able to work independently and as a team
 Able to travel as and when required
 Good communication in English and Vietnamese

Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement marketing and business development plans and strategies to achieve assigned sales target.
 Identify high growth areas and expand brand identity in Vietnam
 Recruit, train and establish good working relations with Agents for Vietnam student recruitment
 Establish partnership with local Universities and Colleges in Vietnam.
 Participate in exhibitions/road shows for agent/student recruitment
 Conduct pre-course counseling for prospective students/parents and attend to enquiries through phone, email and appointments
 Work with team closely to achieve student progression number and team target.
