Smart Pay

Since launching in May 2019, SmartPay was built with the merchant at heart, helping them to grow by providing them access to advanced technology that is faster, cheaper, and more reliable. As of Dec 2021, SmartPay has over 650 thousand payment acceptance units, and 40+ million users can now make purchases at SmartPay merchants. By 2022, SmartPay's paid-up capital has reached VND 865 billion.

With the mission to empower and enrich the lives of micro, small and medium enterprises, SmartPay enables merchants to accept all forms of payments such as QR Scan to pay, Tap to pay, Facepay, bank cards and online payment gateway as well as providing them access to capital regardless of their size. In addition, SmartPay also designs and develops business solutions in order to support financial inclusion of the over 4 million micro and SME retailers in Vietnam through services like Buy now pay later, Consumer durable loans, Business loans, etc

Additional information: SMARTNET (the company owned SmartPay) is a member of Vietnam Banks' Association (VNBA) according to Decision No. 40/QD-HDHH (October 24, 2019) and received the PCI DSS level 1 international security certificate (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) - a security standard applied globally, ensuring the safety of card data when processed and stored at banks or payment enterprises.
