The WIHL's business scope comprises ; a) electronic manufacturing services (EMS), conducted by a sub-group which consists of 'Wong's Electronics Holdings Company Limited' (WEHC) and a number of WEHC's subsidiaries including 'Wong's Electronics Company Limited' (WEC), Welco Wong's Technology (Shenzhen) Limited, Wellop Technology (Shenzhen) Limited, Welco Technology (Suzhou) Limited, Welco Technology Vietnam Company Limited; b) development and marketing of original concept products and solution (ODM); c) property development, undertaken by 'Wong's Development Limited'; d) making strategic investments.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, WIHL has manufacturing facilities in An Phat Industrial Park in Hai Duong city, Vietnam with two factories, first factory has finished on 2019 and new factory plans to finish on 2022. It also has global sales and marketing offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Tokyo, London, Raleigh, Dallas, Santa Clara and Vienna. There are sourcing offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and Santa Clara
