The Role
We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Growth to lead TeenCare’s marketing strategy across brand, performance, content, lifecycle, and market expansion.
This role is responsible for building a high-performing marketing function that drives sustainable revenue growth, strengthens customer trust, and positions TeenCare as a leading family support brand in Southeast Asia.
This is a senior commercial role. The ideal candidate combines strong consumer insight, sharp positioning, performance marketing discipline, and the ability to lead a team from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Growth Ownership
- Define and lead TeenCare’s overall marketing strategy.
- Own marketing contribution to revenue growth.
- Build a clear growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion, retention, and referral.
- Set priorities across paid, organic, content, partnership, lifecycle, and brand channels.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing plans and measurable execution.
2. Brand Positioning & Customer Insight
- Sharpen TeenCare’s positioning in the parenting, education, and youth development space.
- Deeply understand parent motivations, pain points, objections, and buying behavior.
- Develop clear messaging for different parent segments and customer journeys.
- Build trust through strong brand narratives, testimonials, case studies, expert content, and customer education.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
3. Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
- Lead paid acquisition across relevant channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and future growth channels.
- Manage campaign strategy, budget allocation, testing plans, and performance optimization.
- Improve conversion across landing pages, quizzes, consultation funnels, trial offers, and checkout journeys.
- Work closely with Sales and CX teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Build a disciplined testing system for creative, offer, audience, messaging, and funnel experiments.
4. Content & Creative Engine
- Build a high-output creative and content system.
- Lead development of ad creatives, short-form videos, landing page copy, founder content, educational content, webinars, workshops, and customer stories.
- Turn customer insight into compelling hooks, campaigns, and narratives.
- Manage internal team members, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners where needed.
- Balance direct-response performance with long-term brand credibility.
5. Lifecycle, Referral & Community Marketing
- Build marketing programs that support customer activation, engagement, renewal, referral, and advocacy.
- Develop parent education journeys through email, Zalo, push notifications, community, events, and content.
- Create referral and advocacy campaigns that turn satisfied parents into growth channels.
- Work with Product and CX teams to improve the full parent journey.
6. Market Expansion
- Support TeenCare’s expansion into new markets in Southeast Asia and global market in general.
- Conduct market-specific research on customer segments, messaging, pricing, channels, and competitors.
- Design and execute market-entry marketing experiments.
- Localize positioning and campaigns while maintaining a strong core brand.
- Build repeatable playbooks for future market expansion.
7. Team Leadership & Marketing Operations
- Build and manage a lean, high-performing marketing team.
- Set team structure, hiring priorities, operating cadence, and performance standards.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, vendors, and cross-functional collaborators.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for marketing performance.
- Create a culture of speed, accountability, customer obsession, and continuous testing.

Must-Have
- Is AI native
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, consumer marketing, performance marketing, or brand-led growth.
- Proven experience driving revenue through marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, funnel optimization, customer psychology, and creative testing.
- Ability to translate customer insight into sharp messaging and campaigns.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with marketing metrics.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional projects.
- Strong execution discipline in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Vietnamese market understanding.
Preferred
- Experience in education, parenting, health, wellness, consumer subscription, marketplace, or high-trust services.
- Experience scaling consumer brands in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google, landing pages, quiz funnels, webinars, or community-led growth.
- Strong copywriting, creative judgment, or content strategy background.
- English fluency for regional expansion and international collaboration.
