Role Summary
Discover, develop, and close B2B, educational, and enterprise customers — with AI as your co-pilot. You will work directly with global customers from our HCMC office. You are not "a salesperson who uses AI" — you are an AI-powered revenue operator who owns the full sales cycle: from lead sourcing and outreach, to proposal building, to closing, to onboarding and expansion. You will build and run a pipeline that a traditional sales team of three or more would handle, by yourself, every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
• Source, qualify, and build a pipeline of B2B, educational institution, and enterprise leads
• Use AI to automate prospecting: company research, contact mapping, lead scoring
• Operate outbound sequences — cold emails, LinkedIn, and direct outreach — with AI-generated personalization at scale
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting in CRM or equivalent tools
Sales Execution & Closing
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makers at enterprises and institutions
• Build custom demo apps, proposal documents, and slide decks on the fly using VibeX as a live sales weapon
• Automate proposal drafting, contract preparation, and follow-up sequences with AI
• Own the full close cycle: from first contact to signed contract
Customer Onboarding & Expansion
• Run onboarding for new enterprise customers — ensure smooth product adoption
• Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across the existing customer base
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts post-close
• Identify and surface expansion opportunities proactively
AI Workflow Innovation
• Continuously discover and integrate new AI tools into your sales workflow
• Document and share repeatable AI-powered sales playbooks with the global team
• Provide product feedback to the VibeX team based on real sales use cases
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• Proven hands-on track record in B2B SaaS or solution sales — you have sourced, negotiated, and closed real deals
• Real quota accountability (not just supporting/assisting roles)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with enterprise and institutional decision-makers
Sales & Business Skills:
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → close → expansion
• Comfortable building and delivering live product demos without technical support
• Experience running CRM, pipeline management, and outbound sequencing tools
AI Capability (Critical):
• Daily, hands-on user of AI tools for research, outreach, proposal writing, and workflow automation
• Able to demonstrate at least one real piece of sales or business work produced primarily with AI
• Strong prompt engineering instinct — you know how to get AI to deliver real output, not just drafts
• AI capability is our first hiring criterion — more important than years of experience
Language:
• English required (business level) — able to lead meetings, write proposals, and negotiate with global enterprise clients
• Japanese or Chinese proficiency is an advantage

NICE TO HAVE
Bonus Qualifications:
• Experience selling SaaS, dev tools, AI products, or no-code platforms
• Familiarity with vibe coding / no-code platforms (VibeX, v0, Lovable, Bolt, etc.)
• Prior startup experience or solo project where you ran sales or growth end-to-end
• Experience with KR / JP / CN markets (enterprise or institutional buyer context)
• Background in partnerships, agency sales, or channel development
