KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Sales Management
▸ Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team in the assigned region
▸ Develop new business opportunities and expand AMG’s customer portfolio
▸ Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct shippers, manufacturers, trading companies, and overseas partners
▸ Identify and develop key accounts with sustainable business potential
▸ Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
▸ Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, quotation activities, and customer conversion rates
2. Customer Management
▸ Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings
▸ Prepare service proposals, quotations, and tailored logistics solutions for customers
▸ Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
▸ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
▸ Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
3. Internal Coordination
▸ Coordinate closely with Pricing, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth service delivery
▸ Support operational teams in handling key accounts and strategic customers
▸ Ensure effective communication among departments to meet customer expectations
4. Team Leadership
▸ Guide and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team KPIs
▸ Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff
▸ Share market knowledge, sales techniques, and industry updates with the team
▸ Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture
5. Reporting & Market Analysis
▸ Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
▸ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
▸ Provide management with recommendations on business opportunities and market development strategies
▸ Ensure CRM data and sales records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
6. Credit Control
▸ Coordinate with the Accounting Department on customer payment status
▸ Support collection activities and ensure payment terms are properly managed
▸ Minimize bad debt risks and maintain healthy customer accounts
Education
▸ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields
Experience
▸ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
▸ Experience in Sea Freight Export/Import is required
▸ Air Freight, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, or Project Cargo experience is a strong advantage
▸ Strong customer network and experience working with direct shippers are highly preferred
▸ Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred

▸ Strong sales and business development skills

▸ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
▸ Good understanding of logistics operations, pricing structures, and profitability management
▸ Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
▸ Good command of English in both spoken and written communication
▸ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Compensation
▸ Basic Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability
