A. Product Strategy & UX Leadership
• Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery, research, concept ideation, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, UI design, testing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, GIS, and Business teams to define product vision and prioritize user-centric solutions.
• Translate complex mobility, navigation, logistics, and map-related systems into clear and scalable product experiences.
• Contribute to product thinking beyond interface design, including feature prioritization, system behavior, information architecture, and service design.
• Balance business goals, technical constraints, operational realities, and user needs to deliver impactful product outcomes.
B. Maps, Navigation & Mobility Experience Design
• Design experiences for map-based products including navigation, search, route planning, live traffic, mobility services, location intelligence, and transportation ecosystems.
• Work on complex interaction patterns involving real-time data, geolocation, routing behavior, alerts, multi-step journeys, and contextual experiences.
• Create intuitive user experiences for both consumer-facing and enterprise/internal operational products.
• Collaborate with map operation and engineering teams to understand spatial data systems, map constraints, and mobility workflows.
• Participate in designing next-generation mobility experiences including smart transportation, in-car navigation, logistics operations, and AI-assisted mobility services.
C. UI Design Systems & Product Quality
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, interaction standards, and design documentation.
• Ensure visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and quality across all platforms.
• Define UX/UI best practices for map-heavy interfaces, dashboards, operational systems, and data-rich products.
• Work closely with Frontend Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and smooth handoff.
• Drive design reviews and continuously raise the product experience quality bar.
D. Research, Validation & Data-informed Design
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, workflow analysis, and product validation activities.
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, operational feedback, and business insights to improve product decisions.
• Build iterative design processes based on experimentation and continuous learning.
• Understand mobility-related user behaviors across navigation, transportation, logistics, commerce, and automotive use cases.
E. Collaboration & Team Contribution
• Work effectively in cross-functional product squads with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, GIS specialists, AI/Data teams, and Operations.
• Mentor junior/mid-level designers and contribute to building a strong product design culture.
• Present design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to defining product processes, workflows, and collaboration standards across the organization.
Must-have
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and real product impact.
• Experience designing complex digital products such as platforms, SaaS systems, dashboards, navigation, fintech, logistics, or enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Proficient in Figma, modern product design workflows, and applying AI to product research and design.
• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-moving product environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good English reading comprehension for product and technical documentation.
Nice-to-have
• Experience with map-based products, geospatial interfaces, digital twin, mobility platforms, transportation systems, logistics, automotive, or smart city products.
• Understanding of location-based services, routing systems, navigation patterns, or real-time operational interfaces.
