1. Training & Evangelism (40%)
- Represent Microsoft as a brand ambassador in training, education, and product evangelism
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and learning sessions both onsite and online.
- Develop strong product knowledge and communication skills, including storytelling and gamification techniques.
- Support and lead campaigns related to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives.
2. Social Content & Media Management (50%)
- Create, shoot, edit, and manage short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms.
- Develop engaging digital content to promote Microsoft products and programs.
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply social boosting strategies to continuously refine and optimize content for maximum audience reach and business impact.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
3. Collaboration & Reporting (10%)
- Participate in meetings, calls, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support project coordination and communication activities.

Product Knowledge & Expertise
- Clearly articulate key selling points, technical specifications, and customer benefits of Copilot+ PCs and other Microsoft consumer products and services.
- Demonstrate how hardware and software work together to deliver real-life customer value.
- Explain the differences between Microsoft 365, Copilot in Microsoft 365, Office licensing, and ESD, including their unique benefits and features.
- Present Windows 11 key selling points, features, and advantages.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Windows gaming features and ecosystem.
- Communicate the value proposition of Copilot+ PCs and AI-powered Windows experiences.
- Develop understanding of key silicon partners (Qualcomm Snapdragon, Intel, AMD) and their impact on OEM and modern PC platforms.
- Monitor technology industry trends and analyze direct and indirect competitors (e.g., Apple and others).
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations using effective storytelling techniques.
Training Materials & Partner Enablement
Development & Distribution of Training Assets
- Develop and deliver training materials for Retail Professionals and partners in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Create localized training content (in local language) for newly launched products.
- Produce demo scripts, product guides, and reference materials.
- Ensure all training assets comply with Microsoft branding and marketing standards.
- Develop training videos, including product reviews and demonstrations.
- Manage and maintain local social media channels to support continuous learning.
- Promote Microsoft’s learning platform, ExpertZone, as a primary self-learning resource for Retail Professionals.
Partner Engagement & Support
- Prioritize support for direct distributors, OEMs, and silicon partners across Microsoft’s consumer portfolio.
- Coordinate with partners to plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities.
- Collaborate with partners on major events, serving as a Microsoft representative and delivering key messages on stage.
- Provide partners with up-to-date product knowledge, tools, and essential resources.
- Support distributors during consumer-facing events that require Master Trainer participation.
- Train partner promoters and sales teams on Microsoft products and solutions.
- Represent Microsoft at partner product launches and promotional events both offline and online.
Digital Platforms & Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize social platforms in alignment with product campaigns and KPI targets.
- Create and publish long-form and short-form video content for the ExpertZone Thailand YouTube channel.
- Develop video scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts that reflect local market relevance.
- Produce engaging social media content that supports brand awareness and market growth.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including views, impressions, and click through rates.
- Support partners and distributors on e-commerce livestream platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
- Analyze social media trends and performance data to drive continuous channel growth.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Submit training and event reports through Microsoft’s reporting system (RepTool).
- Participate in weekly / monthly Master Trainer and country-level calls.
- Maintain consistent training cadence and timely reporting compliance.
- Prepare and submit monthly business reports summarizing key activities and outcomes.
- Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI targets.
- Attend and participate in regional and global online meetings as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields.
